Do I need to pre-book my theme park tickets?

Yes. Tickets are in very high demand.

To retain comfort levels for our guests, attendance is limited, so please pre-book online. 

Do I need to print my ticket or can I use my phone to present it for scanning?

It's absolutely fine to present the confirmation/ticket on your phone upon arrival. All the details about your booking will be sent to you via email. 

Do I have to wear a face covering?

In line with governement guidance, we encourage people to wear face coverings in crowded and enclosed spaces where they might come into contact with people that they don't normally meet.

How do I book using my Wowcher 2022 Family Gift Ticket?

If you have purchased or been gifted a Wowcher 2022 Family Gift Ticket you will still need to prebook your visit date, using our standard online booking system. You'll find a ticket option called 3rd Party Prepaid. Simply go to the booking calendar, pick your visit date and select the prepaid option. Your ticket is valid for selected visit dates until Sept 2022 as detailed on your Wowcher. Subject to availability, don't leave it too late to pre-book! Don't forget to bring along both your Gulliver's booking confirmation AND your Wowcher on the day.

I work for the NHS, am I eligible for the concessionary rate? Can I use a Blue Light Card as proof of eligibility?

Yes, NHS workers can bring along their NHS badge or identification as proof of eligibility. Blue Light Cards are also accepted for the concessionary rate. Please see our concessions pages for Warrington, Milton Keynes, Matlock Bath and Gulliver's Valley Resort for more information. 

Who is eligible for the concessionary rate? What proof is required?

To be eligible for the concessionary discounted entry rate you will need to provide one of the following documents:

  • MAX Card
  • MOD 90 ID Card
  • Blue Badge
  • Blue Light Card
  • NHS Badge/Identification
  • DLA or PIP letter (together with photo ID of the person named within the letter).

One of my party needs to isolate. How do I transfer my theme park visit to another date?

Please complete the contact form on this page. In the comments section, be sure to include your original booking reference and your preferred new visit date. We'll be in touch as soon as possible to confirm your new booking. 

How do I enquire about some lost property?

Please complete the contact form below and include

  • A description of the lost item(s)
  • The theme park / resort that you have visited
  • The date that you visited
  • Accommodation number/name (if applicable)

We will pass the information onto the site management who will contact you if the item is found.

Can children under 16 come to the park without a parent?

Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Can adults visit the theme park without any children? 

Due to the family nature of Gulliver’s, groups of adults or single adults with no accompanying children will not be permitted onto the theme park. If you are joining a group who are already in the theme park then simply ask the group to meet you at the entrance gates, where they can confirm that you are a member of their group.

I've completed my booking but still haven't received my email confirmation. What should I do next?

Please double check your spam and junk folders within your email account. Sometimes our confirmations can be filtered into those folders automatically. If it's still not there, then please email our booking team through hotline@gulliversfun.co.uk or call 01925 444 888. 

Is there a discount for group bookings?

Yes, there is a discount for parties of 20 or more paying guests. The amount you save depends on when you are visiting. For further details, please call Gully's Hotline on 01925-444888 or email us

Are there places to eat in the theme park?

Yes, there are several places on site where you can choose from a wide range of meals and snacks. We have restaurants, fast food outlets, snack kiosks and healthy eating options, so there's plenty of choice.

*Update* Due to changing regualtions we may be operating reduced menus, track and trace controls and restricted seating areas, in line with governement guidance at the time of your visit.

Is smoking allowed on the park?

A small number of designated smoking areas are available for smoking and vaping.

Can I exit the park to collect belongings from our car during the day if required?

Yes, just inform a member of the team at the front entrance before leaving. 

Can I bring my dog?

Sorry, no dogs allowed are on site other than registered assistance dogs.

What are the medical provisions on site?

There are trained first aiders and a first aid post at each of our theme park resorts. Our first aiders are trained to deal with minor injuries and the first stages of any major injuries.
